Owner · English, Mandarin
Owner of the clinic with his wife. Trained at the University of Toronto and earned his Doctor of Optometry at the University of Waterloo. A primary care optometrist with a passion for patients of all ages, and the published author of Captain Clear: The Epic Myopia Wars, a children's book on eye care.
Outside the clinic: breakdancing, paddle boarding, hiking, and writing for his two boys at home.

Part owner of the clinic with her husband. Trained at the University of Toronto and the University of Waterloo. Especially passionate about building a comprehensive myopia control system for young children, with a calm, careful chair-side approach.

A proud British Columbian who completed her Doctor of Optometry at the University of Waterloo. Brings a gentle, attentive approach to every exam, taking time to listen and make patients feel cared for. Speaks a little Korean to connect warmly with Korean-speaking families in Surrey.

Born and raised in Surrey. Earned his Doctor of Optometry at Pacific University in Oregon. A thorough, thoughtful clinician with a special interest in ocular disease management, helping patients see their best and stay healthy long-term. Speaks some Punjabi for our Punjabi-speaking families.

A heroic comic-adventure for kids ages 5 to 10, written by Dr. Phil Xue. Captain Clear and Professor Specs battle Myopia Man, the Blurrinator, and the giant Screen Dome that blocks the sun. The story teaches kids, without lecturing, that too much screen time can blur their vision, and that outdoor play, regular eye exams, and screen breaks are the antidote.
